Surprised this didn't end up under the Crime Report...

My husband found this while flipping through the Saint Clair Shores Sentinel last week.  For those not from around here, Grosse Pointe and its surrounding suburbs are a rather upscale area -- the Edsel Ford Estate is located there, right on the water -- so the idea of some old lady going around the Pointes and tossing toilet paper over shrubberies is bizarre.  What did these people do to piss her off so bad that she'd resort to something drunk teenagers do?  Did somebody's dog poop on her lawn, and she's offering suggestions on how they should clean it up next time?  Whatever the cause, her ire had obviously not been raised high enough to inflict real property damage (break windows, rip up flowers, key their Mercedes) or even sue the pants off of 'em, which is more appropriate to that area's tax bracket.   The description of the culprit is equally strange: "An experienced woman" (how does expert TP-tossing differentiate from amateur attempts?) who is also "a snappy dresser" (guess she wore her pearls and heels to do this).  And then there's the phone number!  You know your victim has money if they can afford to set up an 800 line for tips!  I've been tempted to call it to see if it's real, and if so, who answers.  Either a butler or a lawyer, I reckon.
